Effective 1/1/24, CVS Caremark has partnered with RxBenefits. There have been updates to Victaulic’s Group, BIN, and PCN numbers. You will need this information to fill all prescriptions. CVS Caremark has mailed out new ID cards to all employees containing the new information. If you have not received your card yet or need it immediately you can contact RxBenefits and they will email you a temporary card. Here is the contact information:  phone number for RxBenefits 1-800-334-8134 (same number as CVS Caremark now that they have partnered) and can register at https://signup.rxbenefits.com to be able view the information in your account.  Additionally, there may be changes to participating pharmacies, please check the Rx website or call RxBenefits to verify your preferred pharmacy is a participating pharmacy.
